As the face of the recently refurbished boutique, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, mentoring and developing your team and driving commercial success through effective leadership.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, brings energy and inspiration to their team and has a deep love for fashion and styling. You'll have the autonomy to shape the store's success while being supported by a collaborative and forward-thinking head office team.Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate your team to exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
Drive store performance through effective planning, merchandising and operational excellence
Cultivate strong customer relationships, ensuring repeat business and client loyalty
Coach and develop your team members, supporting their growth and success
Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to premium standards

About You

Previous experience as a Store Manager or Senior Assistant Manager in fashion retail
Strong people leadership skills, with a passion for coaching and team development
Commercially savvy with a strong understanding of KPIs and sales metrics
Operationally sound - confident in stock control, rostering and managing store processes
Fashion-forward, confident in styling and a natural at connecting with customers
Professional, adaptable and driven by results
