Their collaborative and supportive culture further sets them apart, creating an environment where talent thrives.Our clients project pipeline is expansive, spanning commercial, industrial, residential, education, and health care sectors, with individual projects valued up to $200 million. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join their expanding team and contribute to their ongoing success.The Role
  • Manage all on site activities and performance - Looking for leaders with a professional approach to managing people and programme
  • Experince as a Project Manger delivering projects of $60m+
  • Provide leadership in health, safety, quality and environmental management
  • Stakeholder and resource management - Ensuring relevant labour is on site to deliver key project objectives, and ensuring quality is maintained throughout
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
Experience/Qualifications Required
  • A stable track record of delivering projects in an upper management role (minimum of 5 years)
  • Experience in Australia working for the head contractor (Required)
  • A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
  • Strong software skills in programs such as Procore, Jobpac and MS suites.
  • Experience developing talent
  • Experience in managing large teams in a major project environment (In commercial Construction)
  • Compliance with legislative and policy requirements
