- Support the Senior team to deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefs
- Work collaboratively with the dentsu network & drive business value
- Take control of project timelines and budgets, keeping your team and client on track
- Review plans to drive greater margin and value through innovation and better ways of working
- Allocate team resources to ensure delivery of data and information required for pitches
- Provide accurate plan details and updates to clients
- Support junior staff
- Strong agency experience, preferably as a Senior Account Manager or AM ready to step up
- Strong production understanding
- Exceptional organisational, planning, and decision-making skills
- You have a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape and how they impact clients
- Creatively minded with a solid understanding of what makes great work
