This role is highly field-based, with approximately 70% travel across Victoria, and focuses on implementing safe systems of work, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a proactive safety culture. You'll provide expert guidance, lead investigations, and support the delivery of HSE initiatives across diverse operational environments.About YouYou bring hands-on experience from heavy industries, manufacturing, energy, or other high-risk environments, and thrive in collaborative, fast-paced settings. You're confident coaching teams, influencing stakeholders, and embedding risk-based HSE systems. Your strong understanding of Australian HSE legislation, ISO 45001 standards, and incident investigation processes enables you to lead with impact.
