With specialized technical staff and world-class seed production facilities, they provide the highest quality seed offerings to their customers, trialled under local conditions to ensure reliability.Terranova Seeds has an exceptional reputation for service and pride, maintaining extremely high client retention and continuing to grow in New Zealand, Australia, and globally.The Position:An all round role, The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Managing director and will work closely with the National Sales Managers to execute various marketing activities across the business. You will work with the leadership team and work on marketing strategies and execution to position Terranova for the future. Seed distribution is a technical product within an agricultural environment, requiring tailored and unique marketing skills.This key role involves overseeing marketing and communications initiatives for a range of products, including executing and supervising marketing collateral, both internal and external communications, as well as advertising campaigns. In this role, you will:

Plan, create, and share compelling content
Design, project manage, and implement campaigns (both digital and print)
Work with external and internal stakeholders to ensure a consistent and engaging narrative
Manage social media channels with engaging content
Contribute to the strategic direction of content for Terranova, including proofing
Perform initial graphic design with some external agency support
Be a team player within the communications and wider team
Additionally, the role encompasses responsibility for trade show planning

About You:We are keen to hear from you if you have:

A Bachelor's degree in marketing or related disciplines
2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a technical product environment
Experience in or passion for the agricultural sector
Graphic design skills
Ability to effectively engage stakeholders
Proficiency in channel management, social media, and campaign monitoring
