Beyond technical delivery, you’ll play a pivotal role in project management, working from the ground up to scope, plan, and execute data initiatives. You’ll engage with a wide range of stakeholders, translating complex data into compelling narratives that influence decision-making and drive adoption.Key Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth analysis to support policy and program initiatives, translating business needs into clear data requirements and actionable insights.Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, project managers, and offshore development teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements, working closely with technical teams to ensure solutions meet user needs.Design and deliver Power BI dashboards and visualisations that effectively communicate insights and support data-driven decision-making.Maintain and enhance AI tools used for summarising and analysing structured and unstructured data, ensuring they remain aligned with evolving business use cases.Lead the adaptation of tools for new applications, engaging stakeholders to understand emerging needs and translating them into technical specifications.Ensure all solutions are well-documented and compliant with internal data governance, privacy, and quality standards.Provide expert advice on data collection, integrity, and interpretation, supporting evidence-based decision-making across the organisation.Apply strong project coordination and delivery skills, managing tasks, timelines, and dependencies across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.Required Skills and CompetenciesYou bring strong experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting, with deep expertise in Power BI, including data modelling and dashboard development.You're confident managing projects and timelines, working across complex stakeholder environments—including offshore development teams—to deliver impactful solutions.Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Copilot for Data is highly desirable, enabling you to contribute to modern data workflows and accelerate insight generation through AI-powered tools.Your background as a Technical Business Analyst enables you to bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery, ensuring data is accurate, actionable, and AI-ready.ACCIONA has been given the Top Employer 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 certification in Australia, which certifies the company's commitment to excellence in human resources management and those who focus on putting their people first through their exceptional HR policies.
