What you will learn as an Apprentice Boilermaker Welder

The opportunity to begin your career with an industry leading global company in mining equipment manufacturing
Acquire skills and expertise needed for a successful career as a Boilermaker Welder
You will have the chance to work on various projects, including the manufacture of new mining excavator bucket, repair mining excavator buckets and excavator attachments
Learn how to interpret technical drawings and operate to internationally recognized standards
You will also gain knowledge and hands-on experience in different welding process' include flux core, solid wire, sub merged arc and use carbon arc gouging
Opportunity to work on a large range of carbon steel plate thickness' from 10mm - 140mm
Learn how to safely operate plant and mobile equipment

About you

Passion for learning new things, enthusiasm, sense of pride, high attention to detail
Positive attitude, problem solver and a high commitment to safety
Driver's License and access to transport to and from the facility
Completed year 11 before January 2026
Full working rights in Australia
Certificate II or pre-apprenticeship course in a relevant field (highly desirable)
