Working for Trippas White Group not only means experience at one premium venue but opens endless possibilities to a vast array of food concepts across Australia.Are you qualified, creative, passionate about allergens and lifestyle choices, love working events and being part of a great team….We are looking for a chef to join our team- available shifts:Monday to Friday 11.30am to 7.30pm,– onsite car park provided.TWG is seeking an energetic & dynamic, hands-on chef to work as part of our great team at one of Melbourne's residential colleges & events venue located in ParkvilleThis position can be casual or fulltime……..We are looking for a chef who has a thorough understanding of allergens to prepare the meals for the residential students, experience with understanding allergens -- these include anaphylaxis and lifestyle choices. Food is to be creative, contemporary and enjoyable. We require production of fantastic food and a willingness to work in a positive team environment.Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, you will work as part of the team catering for , Lunch & Dinner when required for residential university students along with assisting with functions and supervising working students.Your key responsibilities will include:

Preparing contemporary, nutritious meals for tertiary residential students’ day to day production of all kitchen requirements.
Ensuring only the very highest standards of food presentation & creativity
Adherence to Food safety Program

Strong knowledge of food handling and hygiene principles
