We have three opportunities for a strategic and commercially focused FP&A Analyst to join the team at Sydney Head office.The Opportunity - About the RoleJoin Stockland's FP&A team to provide strategic financial support for the Commercial Property. This high-impact role involves detailed feasibility modelling and commercial scenario analysis to guide investment decisions. You'll collaborate closely with Finance and Development Managers, applying your corporate finance and accounting expertise to deliver insights that align with Stockland's growth strategy. Ideal candidates are analytical, curious, and possess a growth mindset to thrive during a dynamic period of expansionAbout YouYou'll bring a strong foundation in corporate finance, backed by or working toward a CFA, CPA, or CA qualification. With over 4 - 7 years of experience in commercially focused roles, you'll have advanced financial modelling and feasibility analysis skills, particularly in Excel, along with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy in budgeting and forecasting.Equally important are your soft skills:

You're a confident communicator who can present complex financial insights clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
