Build and drive culture that provides direction and purpose which challenges and inspires others
Develop teams with diverse skills that enables high performance and that builds an internal talent pipeline for future succession
Embed customer excellence while delivering on business profitability through strategic direction, commercial decision making and operational excellence
Lead the country team to execute Brand strategy and partner with key business stakeholders to deliver Group initiatives
Make an impact across the business to maximise efficiencies and simplify processes that deliver improved experiences for our team and customer
Influence product assortment through regular customer insights along with seasonal and geographical feedback to key stakeholders
