- Coordinate listings and manage vendor-paid advertising schedules in partnership with listing agents.
- Develop, schedule, and distribute organic and paid digital content across platforms including Facebook/Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Manage owned digital media assets such as the company website, listing portals (REA, Domain, view.com.au, Farmbuy), and social channels.
- Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and agencies to negotiate advertising rates and media packages.
- Oversee the spring property portfolio, coordinating with production companies, print houses, mailworks, newspapers, advertisers, and agents.
- Utilize CRM systems to update client databases and execute targeted SMS and email campaigns.
- Proven marketing experience, ideally within real estate or livestock sectors, with a relevant tertiary qualification.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both internal teams and external partners.
- Skilled in creating eye-catching designs and compelling content for social media, email, websites, media, and print.
- Experienced in distributing high-quality organic and paid digital content across major social media platforms.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems to build client relationships and manage targeted communications.
