Charles Stewart and Company are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Property Manager.About the roleWe are looking for a Property Manager to join the growing team on a permanent, full-time basis.Our Property Managers look after a portfolio of properties and generate portfolio growth through client relationships and cultivating new opportunities. Maintaining these strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be supported to learn and grow your career.Responsibilities

Building and maintaining client relationships to understand their current & future needs
Identifying and cultivating new opportunities for new and existing clients’ investments
Work with the team to carry out routine property inspections and debtor management
Preparation of necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenants
Working with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities
Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events

About you

Possess a positive attitude and have excellent communication skills
Hold a current Agents Representative Certificate (preferred but not necessary) and current driver’s licence
Have a keen eye for detail
Are a team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised with good time management skills
Are resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology
