As the Manager, P&C Data and Analytics, you’ll lead the delivery of workforce analytics and data insights across the organisation. This role is pivotal in enabling data-driven decision-making, enhancing operational excellence, and embedding sustainable technology and people practices.As Manager, P&C Data and Analytics, you will:
- Lead the People & Culture data and analytics function, driving strategic workforce insights and decision-making.
- Develop and implement a data strategy, including governance frameworks, tools, and processes.
- Deliver high-quality reporting and insights by consolidating data from multiple systems and presenting it in clear, actionable formats for senior stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance, supporting governance and privacy standards across all people data.
- Collaborate across P&C and the business to generate insights on key initiatives such as diversity, remuneration, talent, wellbeing, and recruitment.
- Build data capability across the P&C team, enabling self-service reporting and fostering a culture of data confidence.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver key initiatives and support strategic priorities through analytics.
- A tertiary qualification in Statistics, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
- 8+ years’ experience in a data-focused role within People & Culture or a similar function.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms (ideally Workday), data visualisation tools like Power BI, and dashboard development.
- A proven track record in people analytics, reporting, and data governance.
- The ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience preparing and presenting reports for Executive and Board-level audiences.
- A strong understanding of data privacy and compliance, with a discreet approach to handling sensitive employee data.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and drive strategic outcomes through compelling data storytelling.
