This role is ideal for professionals with experience in a call centre or service desk environment, looking to play a key role in delivering high-quality support across IT and business services.You will act as the first point of contact for users, providing efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable support-ensuring each interaction is resolved promptly or escalated appropriately.Key Requirements· Act as the first point of contact for customer service and technical support queries via phone, email, or chat.· Log, track, and resolve issues using service desk software (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.).· Troubleshoot and escalate technical problems according to defined procedures.· Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and solutions provided.· Provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely resolution of issues.· Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been fully resolved.· Collaborate with internal teams to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.Talented, committed, can-do individuals have always been the cornerstone of this dynamic organisation.
