You will be in charge of organising production/ repair activities and coordinating supplier orders to meet demand on Make to Order model with LEAN focus. You will be actively involved in continuous improvement. This is a full-time permanent role based in Rydalmere.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain production plan end to end plans to meet customer demand while optimizing resources, capacity availability and managing risksCollaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, project managers, logistics and production management to ensure timely delivery of products.Management optimal inventory levels and make data-driven decisions.Supporting inputs for S&OP and maintain KPIsPropose appropriate solutions to address short-term disruptions with a long-term focusPromoting and supporting the LEAN manufacturing strategy.Your Skills:You are experienced in Supply Chain Planning (Supply/Demand/Production)Proficient in using Industrial information Systems (ERP/MRP/PLM)Oracle or SAP experience are a plus.Excellent communication and teamwork abilitiesKnowledge of manufacturing / repair processes on continuous MTO environmentAbility to act with agility and show initiativeStrong problem-solving skills and focus on customer needs with LEAN exposureAUSTRALIAN DEFENCE ROLES & SECURITYA Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance.Additional information with regards to clearances is available from the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency website In some cases, individuals who hold a current clearance from a foreign government may be eligible to have this clearance recognised by the Australian Government and be eligible for this role.
