We're seeking experienced Excavator Operators to join our team full-time and contribute to a long-term FIFO mining project in Central Queensland.This is your opportunity to operate a modern, new fleet on an even-time roster, with minimal travel time, excellent facilities, and genuine opportunities for growth and career development.What We're Looking For
- Minimum 12 months' experience in a mining as a 400T Excavator Operator
- Dozer D10 or D11 experience required
- Current RII competencies or recent VOCs for both machines (within last 5 years)
- Standard 11 & CBM
- Safety-focused, reliable, and a strong team player
- Pay Rate: $69.28/hour + superannuation
- Roster: 7/7 rotating day & night shifts (Tuesday-Monday), 12.5-hour shifts
- Location: FIFO from Rockhampton, Townsville, or Cairns
- Camp: Fully catered with gym & recreation areas; airstrip & pit within 10 minutes
- Retention Bonus: $3k Year 1 (pro-rata), $6k Year 2, $9k Year 3 (T&Cs apply)
