- Support the P&L review and reporting process
- Responsible for centralisation of all sales orders/purchase orders process for all regions
- Lead and manage 1.5 FTE
- Develop, implement, and promote Policies and Procedures.
- Communicate regularly on all issues and information.
- Maintain equipment and conduct risk assessments.
- Model commitment to safety, environmental sustainability, and asset integrity.
- Act on incidents, complaints, and information security matters.
- Report and investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses.
- Implement workers compensation procedures and Return to Work Programs.
- Ensure emergency evacuation procedures and relevant OHS/WHS information are provided.
- Coordinate team member travel arrangements.
- Compile and issue site Monthly Reports.
- Manage finance tasks including purchase orders, invoicing, and spend reconciliation.
- Track and create Special Client Requests.
- Upload training records and provide line management training as required.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Experience in SO/PO process / reporting
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative.
- Superior customer management skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills, processes, and systems.
- Administrative support experience is essential.
- Understanding of internal customer relationships and service orientation.
- Ability to work as a team member while being self-motivated.
