  • Opening and closing of matters
  • Diary management
  • Telephone calls with clients, Courts/Tribunals, other law firms, and third parties
  • Arranging appointments
  • Drafting and amending correspondence
  • Preparation and filing of court documents
  • Collating briefs to Counsel and medical experts
  • File management
  • Accounting, including invoicing and preparation of bills. Previous experience with Aderant / Expert Billing will be highly regarded
  • General administrative duties
About youTo be successful, you will ideally have a minimum of 1-2 years’ administrative or secretarial experience.Some of the skills and attributes we are looking for include:
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Competent IT skills including Adobe Pro and Excel
  • Strong problem solving skills and demonstrated initiative
