The organisation is purpose-driven, focused on creating employment solutions that change lives for the better.The RoleOur client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join the team as an Enterprise Architect who will take ownership of the enterprise architecture vision, ensuring it aligns with business strategies and objectives.Other key responsibilities include:
  • Develop and manage the technology roadmap, guiding long-term decision-making and transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business and technology leaders to design innovative, future-proof solutions.
  • Provide thought leadership, architectural governance, and enterprise-wide guidance on technology investments.
  • Drive innovation, simplification, and modernisation across the technology ecosystem.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that enhance business capability and competitive advantage.
Your ProfileTo be the successful candidate you will have experience in the following areas:
  • TOGAF certification or equivalent qualification (highly desirable).
  • Proven experience in Enterprise and Solution Architecture within large or complex organisations.
  • Strong knowledge of IT strategy, frameworks, and emerging technologies (cloud, enterprise security, integration, and hybrid models).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at executive level.
  • Demonstrated experience in building architecture capability and delivering technology strategies during organisational change.
