Job Description:About the CompanyOur client is a leading manufacturer and supplier in the colour and additives industry, known for delivering innovative solutions across diverse sectors. They offer a growth-focused work environment and a fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected company at the forefront of its field.About the RoleWorking within an office of 30, you will provide support to incoming customer calls, managing the customer care inbox, entering sales orders into the system and managing the back-order reports.This role will be an annual leave cover with one week of handover included. This role commences on the 27th of August, finishing on the 8th of October, with potential to extend.They operate Monday-Friday, full time on site from 9am-5pm.DutiesReporting to the Head of Sales, some of your duties will include:
  • Maintaining customer care email inbox whilst updating customers to answer questions
  • Enter sales orders into SAP - generating and raising production orders (automated)
  • Monitoring back order reports, contact customers if missed dates for deliver
  • Look at daily dispatch requirements and book transport providers
  • Generate daily report for warehouse and liaise with warehouse for
Skills & ExperienceTo be a successful candidate you must have:
  • Previous experience with communicating with customer service, one year minimum.
  • Previous experience with Production Planning - desirable but not essential
  • Production, manufacturing or warehousing industry experience - desirable but not essential
  • Be immediately available to start!
