Our dedicated team supports grieving families with empathy, professionalism, and care-honouring the lives of beloved pets.We're looking for a Client Care Coordinator to join our team in a casual capacity, bringing strong customer service and administration skills to a truly unique and rewarding environment. What You'll Do:

Provide empathetic support and professional pet aftercare services
Manage client enquiries across phone, email, and online platforms
Coordinate between internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Assist families during viewings and ashes collection with compassion
Maintain high standards in client viewing rooms and facility presentation
Process payments via ZipPay, Afterpay, Vet Pay, and other platforms
Ensure accurate data entry of client and veterinary information

About You:

Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a tidy workspace
Able to handle deceased pets respectfully when required
Capable of managing multiple tasks and staying calm under pressure
Professional, empathetic, and emotionally intelligent
