Collaborate with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with the local community networks.In this role, you will:

Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence
Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide

Seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Director to join our team and take a hands-on leadership role, specifically in our Nursery Room (0-2 years).
Work closely with the Centre Director to oversee daily operations and Early Childhood Professionals support.
As a Lead in the Nursey Room, you'll receive 2.5 - 3 hours a week of programming time for curriculum with the support of other team members in the room.
Assistant Director time off the floor of dedicated 2 hours a week for administrative and leadership tasks.
Team Collaboration - Share the workload and foster a positive, supportive team culture.
Be a Role Model - Demonstrate excellence in practice, setting standards for others to follow.
