
Marketing Coordinator - Brand Production and Events

- Assist in the production and distribution of marketing materials including signage, flyers, brochures, and branded merchandise for fundraising and awareness campaigns.
- Coordinate with external suppliers to manage printing and delivery of physical assets.
- Ensure all collateral aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Write engaging content for flyers, brochures, and website updates that reflect the organisation's mission and values.
- Create basic design assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) for use across digital and print channels.
- Support the team with asset preparation for donor communications and community outreach.
- Assist in organising photographers and videographers for events and campaign content.
- Provide additional support in delivering patient story content, as required.
- Manage logistics and approvals for visual content production.
- Attend events and activities to provide coordination and direction to suppliers (including some out of hours and weekend work)
- Provide hands-on support at fundraising and community events, including availability for out-of-hours work as required.
- Assist with event collateral preparation and on-site coordination.
- Manage invoicing and purchase orders related to marketing production.
- Liaise with external suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services and materials.
- Maintain Mater Foundation's Digital Asset Management platform, ensuring all marketing assets and templates are up to date.
- Work closely with internal teams, hospital staff, volunteers, and community partners to gather requirements and deliver marketing assets.
- Maintain strong communication and follow-up to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and campaign success
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
- Basic design skills with experience using Canva or similar tools. Adobe Creative Suite experience would be highly regarded.
- Experience coordinating suppliers or managing logistics highly desired.
