To learn more about our business, please visit mauri.com.au and gwf.com.au.About the RoleJoin our AUS Bakery Ingredients procurement & risk management finance function as a Senior Procurement Analyst. This role focuses on providing national analysis, reporting insights, and supporting strategic decision-making to drive business objectives with accuracy and consistency.Key Responsibilities include:

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of a suite of interactive Tableau dashboards

Design and build robust, scalable data models t hat effectively translate complex procurement processes

Develop and deploy other self-service analytics tools, empowering the Finance Business Partners

Own the technical integrity and evolution of the risk management hedge model

About You

At least 5 years of experience in a data-intensive role

Proven experience identifying and deploying analytical tools

Bachelor's degree in commerce/computer science

Strong financial modelling skills

Proven experience managing and interpreting large data sets

Proven experience in managing the delivery of critical project outcomes

Proficiency in SAP, Globe, or similar tools is desirable
