This hands-on role involves:

Overseeing daily operations and maintaining seamless workflow
Providing professional services, health advice, and clinical interventions
Mentoring and supporting staff, including a dispensary coordinator and pharmacy technicians
Driving business growth while ensuring exceptional customer care

You'll work full-time with flexible hours and the opportunity to accrue monthly RDOs.Skills Required

General AHPRA registration as a pharmacist
At least 3 years of community pharmacy experience in Australia.
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Valid Australian work rights.
Ability to manage workflow efficiently in a dynamic environment
