Pharmacist Manager

• Lead a vibrant, experienced pharmacy team while staying hands?on in dispensing and clinical services.

• Flexible full time hours with monthly RDO accrual and Saturday rotation at penalty rates.

• Located in a desirable, community focused suburb of Ballarat with great schools and a supportive local clientele

• Lead day to day operations, manage and mentor the pharmacy team

• Dispense and deliver professional services, provide health advice, and record clinical interventions

• Build customer relationships and drive business growth while maintaining smooth operations

• Stay actively hands?on while leading the team, ensuring high standards of customer service and care

• General registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA.

• 2 years experience in Australian community pharmacy leadership or strong interest in stepping into a managerial role

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Proficiency with Fred Dispense

• Ability to supervise and support a team including a dispensary coordinator, retail coordinator, and pharmacy assistants

• Pay: $58-$64 per hour, depending on experience

• Working Hours: Fulltime, with flexible start times (9am-5:30pm or 9:30am-6pm). The store is open Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 9am-1pm.

• Saturday Penalty: The Pharmacist Manager works one in four Saturdays at 150% penalty rate
