As a key member of the Parts Department, you will report directly to the Parts Manager and play a crucial role in supporting our customers and maximising sales opportunities.What we’re looking for:

Experience in a retail parts department environment
Knowledge of Dealer DMS ERA (desirable)
Familiarity with Mercedes-Benz EPC (preferred but not essential)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A passion for delivering high-quality service and exceeding customer expectations
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team setting
A solid understanding of automotive parts and manufacturers
Strong organisational and administrative skills

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Interpreting, quoting, and selling parts to customers with a focus on maximising gross profit while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
Providing technical and product information to customers
Managing stock control and inventory efficiently
Collaborating with other departments to maximise sales opportunities
