Our Parts Interpreter is integral in supporting the service team by ensuring that all parts required to fulfil service repair work are accurately identified, ordered promptly and swiftly made available for Technicians. There may be opportunities to develop your leadership skills by supervising Parts Apprentices and helping them grow and develop as future parts specialists.The role:
- Day to day stock management support of the retail site
- Liaising with the OEM's on any matters of concern
- Identifying any integration issues of the centralized parts operation and working towards resolving them
- Systems and process re-engineering to drive business effectiveness and ease of customer interaction
- Experience working in a Parts environment, with previous interpretation experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Deep knowledge of the automotive industry and the Aftersales, workshop environment
- Thrives in being a team player who is adaptable and ready for new experiences.
- Ensures all processes, quality control standards and ways of working are in line with company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrates the ability to collaborate with sales and service teams to maximise results.
- Has a resilient and a proactive attitude to managing challenges and leading in times of ambiguity.
- Shows exceptional time management, prioritisation, communication, problem solving, and planning skills to help deliver positive experiences to our customers.
- Has a current driver's licence
