Company DescriptionJoin Our Team as a Workforce Coordinator!As a Workforce Coordinator at MACSEYE, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our services are compliant and staffed correctly across 70+ OSHC and Kinder services, growing to 200+.   • Workforce Scheduling & Planning: Develop and maintain staffing rosters, monitor staff availability and leave, coordinate casual staff, and manage emergency labour hire plans with third-party agencies
  • Staffing Support: Resolve workforce-related issues, including leave and emergency shortages, and provide HR policy guidance to Area Managers
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to child safety and service standards, and generate reports on staffing, attendance, and workforce trends for senior management
  • Training & Development: Ensure casual staff maintain certifications and complete mandatory training, such as First Aid and child protection
  • Employee Engagement & Retention: Foster a positive work environment, address employee concerns, improve retention, and implement strategies to enhance casual staff satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Qualifications & Experience: A degree in HR, Business, Education, or related field (preferred) with proven experience in multi-site workforce coordination and scheduling ideally in education or care services
  • Technical Expertise: Knowledge of childcare regulations, OSHC standards, and workforce management tools
  • Skills & Competencies: Strong organizational, resilience, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage operations across multiple locations and work collaboratively or independently
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work outside standard business hours to meet service needs
