- Campaign briefing: Work closely with eBay internal team, eBay partner agencies, global partners and internal teams as required to define campaign briefs
- Campaign execution & ownership: Execute campaigns, from briefing and coordination through to testing and reporting to ensure positive customer experiences.
- Collaborating with our merchandising specialists to drive demand in category growth and ensure all campaigns run in synergy across all points of eBay's buyer journey
- Campaign reporting: Report on campaigns and put forward recommendations for optimisation opportunities based on data and insights
- Owned channel support: Daily management of eBay owned channels campaign coordination across multiple teams and channel optimisations as required.
- Always acting as a custodian for eBay to ensure all campaigns meet eBay's brand guidelines
- Innovative thinking: Put forward innovative ideas to test and optimise campaigns, improve ways of working and drive efficiencies through AI
- Marketing operations: Spearhead & execute marketing operations functions and processes such as audience creation & personalised coupons
- Delivery of +10 campaigns per month - these range from simple onsite banner activations through to detailed multi channel campaigns.
- Delivery of audience creation and personalised coupon tethering; supporting across eBay loyalty programme, retail promotions, CRM & seller marketing teams
- EOC reporting for all delivered campaigns.
- Ongoing reporting for recurring campaigns.
- Ideally at least 1 test and learn executed each month for learnings/insights to improve recurring campaign performance ongoing.
- Ability to self-educate, learn fast and work autonomously
- 3-5 years experience within a marketing coordinator role
- Highly desirable - 2 years experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Braze or other CRM alternatives
- SQL experience preferred

- Strong stakeholder management skills informing business stakeholders on campaign plans and performance
- Strong prioritisation skills, strategic thinking and attention to detail
- Experience in managing reporting and delivering tangible insights & actions
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and achieve communications/marketing and customer goals
