A well-established travel organisation is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to support and deliver a diverse internal events program. This includes the annual national conference, member meetings, state events and exclusive travel educational experiences.
You’ll work closely with a professional conference organiser (PCO), venues, internal stakeholders and attendees to ensure all events are delivered smoothly and professionally. From managing timelines and communications to coordinating run sheets and logistics, this is a hands-on role where no two days are the same.
Key responsibilities:
  • Coordinate logistics and communications for a national conference, including delegate and sponsor liaison, budgeting, invoicing, website and app updates, and onsite coordination
  • Organise state-based and national member meetings from venue sourcing through to post-event follow-up
  • Support the planning and communication of domestic and international educational trips for members
  • Ensure event materials and communications align with corporate brand guidelines
  • Represent the business professionally at industry events and internal functions
What we’re looking for:
  • A qualification in Events Management (or a related discipline)
  • Previous experience coordinating events in a professional setting
  • Strong planning and administrative skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office; experience with CRM and CMS systems is an advantage
  • High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and to tight deadlines
  • Willingness to travel interstate as needed
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and customer-focused events professional looking to join a close-knit, purpose-led team and play a key role in delivering meaningful industry events.Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Hudson
