
People Operations Manager

- Develop and deliver the People Operations roadmap including the creation of objectives aligned to goals and success measures/ KPIs which underpin the broader People & Culture departmental strategy.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and constantly seek out operational efficiencies to improve ways of working.
- Lead an established, high performing people operations team.
- Oversee the Employee Data Governance Frameworks throughout the employee lifecycle and provide performance reporting to the GM People & Culture and ELT along with risks/ opportunities for improvements.
- In close partnership with IT, identify, assess and provide recommendations to optimise the People Technology roadmap including leverage of tools to produce people metrics which enable data-driven decision by the P&C SLT.
- Manage people systems vendor performance to SLAs, ensuring their accountability through regular performance reporting.
- Produce monthly and quarterly performance reporting across people operations areas.
- Collaborate with a range of departments such as P&C, warehouses, service centres, brand, marketing and operations teams to ensure employee experience expectations of the people operations function are upheld.
- Demonstrated experience in improving employee experiences through continuous improvement of people operations practices (both on small and large scales).
- HRIS development and/ or implementation of large HRIS systems preferred.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven experience driving team performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Advanced excel skills and proficient with other Microsoft Office products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant field preferred.
