Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism
Managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
Answering enquiries in person, by phone, and via email
Assisting with reservations and payments
Providing local knowledge and recommendations to enhance guest stays
Handling guest feedback and resolving issues in a timely manner

Qualifications

Has previous front office or customer service experience (hotel/resort preferred)
Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
Is confident using computer systems and able to learn new software
Presents professionally and has a positive, can-do attitude
Is available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
