Oaks Glenelg Plaza Pier SuitesWe’re seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our front office team at Oaks Glenelg Plaza Pier Suites. This part-time role is perfect for someone who loves creating memorable guest experiences, thrives in a team environment, and enjoys working in a stunning beachfront location.What you’ll do:

Welcome guests and manage check-in, check-out, and reservations
Handle payments, enquiries, and guest accounts accurately
Provide local recommendations and ensure a positive guest experience
Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance to support smooth operations
Deliver professional and efficient service at all times

QualificationsWhat we’re looking for:

Previous front office or customer service experience (hospitality preferred)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Professional presentation and a positive, team-focused attitude
Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
