- Providing trauma-informed, person-centred care and support to children and young people in a safe and nurturing home environment.
- Assisting with daily routines, household tasks, and the development of independent living skills.
- Supporting access to education, health services, and community engagement opportunities.
- Accurately documenting case notes, reporting incidents, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- A minimum of Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention, Youth Work, or Disability.
- Experience working with vulnerable and at-risk children, young people and adults with special needs, disability and/or challenging behaviours.
- Demonstrated ability and experience to work within a team environment.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.
