Type: Ful time permanentRequired Skills and Experience:We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with Property & Casualty domain to oversee client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions. This role requires a dynamic individual with deep expertise in COTS platforms, preferably Duck Creek platform, strong client management skills, and the ability to align business objectives with technical capabilities.Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in P&C domain solution implementation or account management roles preferably Duck Creek platform.
- In-depth knowledge of Policy, Billing, and Claims modules.
- Familiarity with P&C system architecture, integration, and configuration best practices.
- Strong expertise in P&C insurance industry processes and workflows.
- Proven experience in managing large, complex accounts and engagements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, longterm relationships.
- Understand client business needs and provide tailored solutions using Duck Creek technology.
- Drive client satisfaction through regular interactions, feedback loops, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure high-quality and timely implementation of Duck Creek products.
- Monitor project milestones, risks, and budgets to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Provide strategic oversight for Duck Creek solution customization, integration, and support.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross-selling Duck Creek services and solutions. Partner with internal stakeholders to prepare proposals and present solutions to clients.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitive offerings and emerging technologies to drive innovation for clients.
- Work closely with technical teams, architect and delivery managers to align project objectives.
- Guide and mentor junior team members to enhance delivery quality and account management skills.
- Define and implement governance models to streamline communication and decisionmaking processes with clients.
- Provide regular status updates, reports, and insights to both clients and internal leadership.
