2. Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group mental health interventions for young children and their caregivers.
3. Demonstrated skills and experience in management/team leadership and excellent communication skills, including risk management related to child protection, domestic and family violence (DFV), and mental health concerns.
4. Knowledge of issues affecting refugees and the effects of torture and trauma on individuals, families and communities, particularly young children and their caregivers.
5. Demonstrated experience in providing clinical supervision, consultation and support.
6. Demonstrated understanding of community development approaches, and knowledge and experience in project management, networking and liaison.
7. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a disciplinary team within a multicultural environment.
9. Current NSW Driver's LicenceDESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:1. Demonstrated skills in designing and delivering training.
2.
