CSR are looking for a Financial Reporting Analyst to join our team at North Ryde, where you'll play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making across our brands.This role offers a unique opportunity reporting to the GM of Finance, contributing to the financial integrity and performance of multiple sites. You'll be part of a collaborative environment that values precision, innovation, and proactive problem-solving.What you will be doing:Monthly Management Reporting: Prepare and deliver insightful analysis on P&L and Balance Sheet items, including variance analysis for each brand.Stewardship Reviews: Develop comprehensive stewardship packs and supporting documentation (e.g., roadmaps) for each brand.Budget & Forecast Consolidation: Lead the consolidation process for budgets and forecasts, including detailed SG&A analysis by GL and Profit Centre.Corporate Finance Support: Assist with tax-related matters, audits, and other corporate finance requests.About you:CA or CPA qualified4+ years' experiencein a similar finance environmentStrong expertise in both accounting and controllingProven ability to analyse and communicate financial informationExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsStrong focus on customer service, problem solving, and continuous improvementProficiency in SAP(Financial Accounting and Controlling modules)Advanced Microsoft ExcelskillsWhat we offerWe strive to support your professional and personal growth.
