- Provide support to the facilities management team to deliver a number of high priority projects across a range of their facilities
- Liaise with site management and landlords to ensure upgrades can be achieved on time, within scope and budget
- Monitor project budgets and ensure compliance with financial guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including time lines and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes in all developments.
- Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders on project status.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the facilities management function.
- A relevant qualification in facilities management .
- 2-3 years minimum experience in facilities management of industrial assets
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of facilities management processes and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
