- Answer, screen, and forward calls in a professional manner
- Managing Daily Sign in / Out Register
- Purchase order entry (PRONTO system)
- Managing Incoming and outgoing mail / deliveries, including postage and couriers
- Document filing, organizing, archiving and general Administration Duties
- Managing bookings for conference/meeting rooms
- Receptionist/ Administration Assistant
- Supporting wider Corporate Services Teams with projects and administration
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Keen attention to detail
- A positive, can-do attitude and team spirit
- Ability to work independently and multitask
- Previous administration experience is strongly preferred
- Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm
- Office-based role at our Rydalmere Head Office (Parking Provided)
