The bulk of your work day will be spent on the phone: providing high levels of customer service to existing customers, cold-calling potential new customers, and completing sales orders (both inbound and outbound).For you:

ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
  • Outbound sales calls to existing customers, as well as customers who are currently not ranging PepsiCo products to secure new business
  • Process phone and email sales orders
  • Manage any new customer creation requests
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service to all customers
QualificationsAbout you:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales-based role
  • Excellent customer service skills, written and verbal communication skills and a friendly attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously, stay organised, and manage competing priorities
  • Able to overcome objections, have natural selling conversations, and use retail math when speaking with customers
