This role is part of a high-profile field mobility enablement project focused on improving the experience of remote and field-based workers in the utilities sector.You'll collaborate with stakeholders at all levels-from field crews on the ground to senior executives-helping to shape and drive the project from the early stagesWhat You'll Be Doing

Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
Map and optimise workflows for field operations and compliance processes
Work closely with diverse stakeholders - from field staff to executives
Analyse pain points and design practical, people-focused solutions
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working groups to capture business needs
Translate technical concepts into clear business requirements and user stories
Support testing, change, and implementation activities
Operate in a fast-changing, unstructured environment and connect the dots independently

What We're Looking For

5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
Proven experience engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, from blue-collar field teams to C-suite executives
Full end-to-end BA skills: requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and UAT support
Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous or fast-changing environments
Bonus: experience with compliance management systems
