
FIFO Café or Bar & Grill Supervisor/Manager from Brisbane and nearby suburbs

- Oversee daily cafe and small retail space to ensure high-quality service
- Supervise, train, and support cafe and catering staff
- Coordinate with clients to understand and meet their catering needs
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and service areas
- Uphold presentation standards
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues efficiently
- Collaborate with management to achieve financial and operational goals

- Demonstrate a high level of knowledge and proficiency in using POS (Point of Sale) systems for order management, sales tracking, and reporting
- Minimum of 2 years' professional experience in a cafe, hospitality, or catering supervisory role.
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia
- Must have a valid police check issued within the last 12 months or be willing to obtain one.
- Must be able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical
- Hold an RSA Certificate and Approved Managers card
- Safe Food Handling Certificate is required.
- Previous experience in a remote setting or the hospitality industry (preferred).
- Demonstrate a proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to ensure smooth operations.
