What will you be doing?

Managing a portfolio of domestic and commercial clients
End-to-end servicing - quoting, renewals, endorsement and new business
Building and maintaining strong relationships with insurers
Meeting and exceeding individual and team KPIs – commissions are linked to team success
Contributing to a culture where professionalism and humour coexist

What do you need?

Solid knowledge of insurers and domestic/commercial insurance products
Tier 1 Broking Qualification
Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client and team relationships
Comfortable balancing professionalism with a sense of humour – you’ll need to enjoy a laugh while keeping results front of mind
