- Work collaboratively with other functions to ensure consistency of employee changes.
- Create and deliver human resource reports which meet senior stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate and administer core processes related to onboarding, internal movements and offboarding.
- Arrange and monitor the completion of pre-employment checks and screening activities.
- Monitor and audit employee data to ensure accuracy of employee movements.
- Assign training for new employees, annual compliance requirements and other training as required.
- Provide support to a range of P&C projects and initiatives as required.
- Experience in a similar role ideally in a large, complex organisation.
- Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- A working knowledge and understanding of human resources principles in relation to the employee lifecycle.
- Intermediate knowledge of and experience with the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, and other relevant employment legislation.
- The ability to manage and interpret data to generate value adding reports and information.
- Tech savvy with advanced proficiency of the MS Office suite and exposure to a range of HR systems.
