- Evaluate compliance with internal standards, legal obligations, and certification requirements (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001), with a focus on high-risk operations.
- Support the design and continuous improvement of audit and compliance programs aligned with the Group’s HSE strategy.
- Conduct audits and provide insights to senior leadership on systemic issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external auditors to coordinate audit activities, ensure certification readiness, and align expectations.
- Monitor regulatory developments and contribute to policy, process, and control enhancements.
- Travel across Australasia and internationally as required to deliver regional and group-level assurance programs.

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in HSE compliance, audit, or quality assurance within a complex, multi-site or regulated environment.
- A tertiary qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Risk Management, Compliance, or a related field.
- Certified Lead Auditor (or Auditor) qualifications in ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and/or ISO 9001
- Proficiency in audit management platforms and data reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of legislative compliance, risk-based auditing, non-conformance and corrective action management.
- Demonstrated experience in leading or supporting both internal and third-party audit programs.
- A willingness and ability to travel across Australasia and internationally.
