
Senior Bid Co-Ordinator

- Lead the end-to-end bid process across multiple concurrent opportunities, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and compelling submissions.
- Manage bid kick-off meetings and regular check-ins with internal stakeholders to align on win themes and key messaging.
- Work closely with senior leadership, estimators, technical teams, and delivery personnel to coordinate input and approval.
- Coordination with the offshore team in the preparation and submission of tenders, with a future view to overseeing and managing this team.
- Take ownership of proposal content planning, writing, editing, and formatting to ensure consistent tone, branding, and alignment with client requirements.
- Develop tailored responses by interpreting tender documentation and leveraging internal knowledge, past submissions, and SME input.
- Prepare executive summaries, project profiles, case studies, and other collateral as required.
- Maintain and refine bid templates, libraries, and tools to improve efficiency and quality.
- Ensure all proposals are compliant with tender requirements, including formatting, document control, and submission protocols.
- Conduct post-submission reviews and debriefs to capture lessons learned and continuously improve processes.
- Act as a central point of contact between bid, marketing, commercial, and delivery teams.
- Liaise with external stakeholders (e.g. JV partners, subconsultants) where required to coordinate joint responses or obtain supporting information.
- Communicate timelines and key milestones across all levels of the business.
