Accounts Payable – Aged Care – Western AustraliaAbout the Organization:CraigCare is a long established Residential Aged Care provider operating across multiple States, we are looking for an experienced and organised individual to join us at one of our Support Office in Perth, Western Australia on a permanent full-time basis, working Monday to Friday (hours flexible).About your role:The Accounts Payable role provides support to all our Homes across Western Australia and Victoria. The role is responsible for purchase order compliance.You will be a key support to all our Homes in completing varied number of tasks.What You Will Do:
  • Post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records
  • Deliver support to our Manager with a range of tasks that includes purchasing/receipting side, daily reporting and managing invoices and compliance records
  • Maintain a record management system including filing and archiving
  • Manage end to end billing including billing adjustments (Means Tested Care Fee and Medicare payment summary adjustments)
What You Will Bring:
  • Debt collection and debtors reporting experience
  • High energy, friendly, flexible and understanding attitude to assist our residents and employees
  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities
  • Ability to deliver and contribute to continuous improvements across the function
  • Provide great customer service and able to rapidly orient oneself in new systems
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Suite at intermediate level programs (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience in an Aged Care environment would be highly desirable
  • Prior experience in operating TechOne system will be highly preferred
  • Certificate IV in Business Administration is highly desirable
