
Accounts Payable Officer

- Post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records
- Deliver support to our Manager with a range of tasks that includes purchasing/receipting side, daily reporting and managing invoices and compliance records
- Maintain a record management system including filing and archiving
- Manage end to end billing including billing adjustments (Means Tested Care Fee and Medicare payment summary adjustments)
- Debt collection and debtors reporting experience
- High energy, friendly, flexible and understanding attitude to assist our residents and employees
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities
- Ability to deliver and contribute to continuous improvements across the function
- Provide great customer service and able to rapidly orient oneself in new systems
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Suite at intermediate level programs (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience in an Aged Care environment would be highly desirable
- Prior experience in operating TechOne system will be highly preferred
- Certificate IV in Business Administration is highly desirable
