Job Description:Robert Half is currently partnering with several clients across the Perth metro area who are seeking skilled Accounts Payable Officers to assist their finance teams on a contract basis. With a range of assignments available, these opportunities are ideal for professionals who enjoy variety, are adaptable, and can hit the ground running.Key Responsibilities (depending on the role):

End-to-end accounts payable processing
Matching, batching, coding, and entering invoices
Reconciling supplier statements and managing payment runs
Responding to supplier queries in a professional and timely manner
Handling credit notes and monitoring payment terms
Maintaining accurate vendor records and documentation
Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required

About You:

Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role (high-volume desirable)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and environments
ERP experience highly regarded (e.g. Pronto, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics)
