- Lead and supervise construction teams in delivering Council’s civil projects and daily operations.
- Coordinate project planning, scheduling, and delivery within budget and quality specification
- Prepare project documentation, risk assessments, and reports.
- Mentor and lead a team to deliver outstanding results.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
- Ensure compliance with legislative, safety, and Council standards.
- Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision or Certificate III in Civil Construction and Maintenance
- MR Class Driver’s Licence & Construction White Card
- Traffic Management Implementation Certificate & Road and Structural Inspection Certification
- Demonstrated experience in civil construction and project supervision.
- Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital project documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Sound understanding of WHS and Environmental legislation.
